Just finished another book in the Harry Potter series written by J.K. Rowling. The Goblet of Fire is one of my favorite movies, so I was vaguely excited to read the book. The story revolves around the Triwizard Tournament and a whole new world portrayed in the author.
The different wizard school and their students come to Hogwarts to participate in the event. The aim is to make new connections and understand each other, but the Dark Lord has sinister plans which can only be accomplished if Harry Potter wins the tournament.
The story has many notable characters but, I admire Alastor Moody and Cedric Diggory the most. This is the book where our favorite characters' death also begins because Voldemort regains his body, power, and followers in this one. We find out that Sirius Black, James Potter, and Peter Pettigrew were unregistered Animagus in the Prisoner of Azkaban, but there is one more, Rita Skeeter. She used her ability to exploit everyone and create chaos throughout the story.
The Barty Crouch's angle was astounding when Harry saw him through the Pensieve. I thought that perhaps he was at the wrong place at the wrong time, and maybe he was innocent, but he was one crafty liar. This book is 616 pages long, but it is fast-paced and unputdownable. I must say J.K. Rowling creates a marvelous fantasy world that is enjoyed by every age group. I read the first four parts in just ten days, and I can't wait to read the remaining three. Let's see how long it takes me to read Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix.
