We all want the latest version of techs; we are always enthusiastic about learning new or better creations. Yet, in the midst of all this, we never focus on ourselves; neither we ask how we can be a better version of ourselves, nor do we implement new teachings into our lives.
G B Prabhat's latest book, Maximum Person, is all about improving one's quality of life using management techniques. Of course, each person is different, and so is their meaning of contentment. For some people, it is related to subjective matters, while for some, it is objective. But the key is to reach the highest level in terms of living.
Many organizations use grade management techniques to improve the quality of their products and services; a person can take charge of their life using the methodologies mentioned in the novel. The book is divided into four parts, focusing on becoming a Max-P and comprehending the fundamental concept.
By using various examples, the author describes how the Quality of Life is declining rapidly and how to improve it as an individual by focusing on personal and social attributes. A significant part of the book is dedicated to why and how companies should also focus on the well-being of their employees.
Life is already stressful, not to mention all the social media hoaxes; we feel lonely or left out once in a while. I do, and that's why it is incredibly crucial to find the balance and take care of ourselves. We need to educate ourselves and understand the importance of high Quality of Life; this book will help you do that. I recommend it.
