Rohini Ralby's second book Living the Practice, is a collection of her learnings. She talked about his association with Swami Muktanand Paramhansa and how his teachings changed her life.
As the title suggests, the author follows the things she learned and practices them daily to attain peace and higher knowledge. She talked about all the aspects of one's life, also how to connect with God and become one with him.
Many times, our concepts and understanding differ from each other. The author made me realize that it is essential to comprehend and question the other person to know if you're on the same page or not, so in the future, you can work towards one goal, whether it is to find peace or love or God.
Rohini Ralby shares many anecdotes from the past and present; her focus is to liberate us from mundane matters and build a superior and honorable life. This book is fast-paced, but I urge you to read it slowly.
The thing that I like the most is how she talked about his Guru, there are many allegations against him, but for Rohini, he is the most exemplary teacher. But ultimately, what matters the most is what you learned and are ready to learn.
Another thing that I like the most is the narration and the techniques the author shared. They are simple yet effective, especially the Fourchotomy method. The poems were also good, but the way they were presented was not satisfactory. I understand that the author was trying to experiment, but it didn't work for me.
Also, there were many things in the book that I'm going to revisit in the future, and you'll too if you are ready to give this book a chance; I can't wait to read volume two. I recommend it.
