Anokhi's Adventures is a collection of ten short stories written by a ten-year-old debutant Samraadni Anokhi Joshi. The stories portray Anokhi's life incidents and are filled with vivid and beautiful illustrations.
The language of the book is clear and easily understandable, creating the feeling that the author is right in front of me, personally narrating the stories. The book strikes a perfect balance between capturing excitement and maintaining a straightforward writing style.
This is my first children's read of this year, and I found this one cute and unpretentious. The stories are not preachy but have a subtle keenness. Anokhi, a young writer, through her book, has the potential to inspire young readers to explore their creative talents and embark on their own exciting adventures.
The book's pacing is breakneck, but I found the content to be slightly verbose at times. Overall, I enjoyed reading this book and recommended it to young readers. I extend my best wishes to the author, Anokhi, for her future endeavors and encourage her to continue writing. I eagerly anticipate reading more of your work in the future.
